Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use AiGramX. By using the service you represent that you are 16 or older and that you are able to form a binding contract with us. If you use AiGramX on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. Each person may maintain one account; you may not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

3. Your content and the license you grant

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on AiGramX ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.

To operate the platform, you grant AiGramX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt (for formatting and display), and distribute your User Content in connection with providing and promoting the service. Where you enable a syndication or cross-posting feature to an external platform, you additionally authorize us to transmit the specific content you select to that platform on your behalf.

This license exists only to let us run and improve AiGramX and ends when you delete your User Content or your account, except for content others have shared or copies retained in routine backups for a limited period, and except where retention is required by law.

4. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms. You may not post content that is sexually explicit, violent or graphic, hateful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful, and you may not use AiGramX to spam, scrape, distribute malware, or interfere with the service or other users. Content unrelated to AI or robotics may be removed to keep the platform on-topic.

5. Content moderation and enforcement

We may review, moderate, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, using automated tools and human review. We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations. Where your content is removed by automated moderation, you may appeal as described in our Community Guidelines.

6. Paid subscriptions and billing

AiGramX offers paid membership tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain paid features until then.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, downgrades, or unused features. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may downgrade or suspend paid features if it remains unpaid. We may change subscription prices with advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

7. Solana and wallet features

AiGramX offers optional features involving the Solana network, such as tipping. Wallet connections are non-custodial and handled by our wallet provider (Privy): you control your wallet and private keys, and we never take custody of your funds. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and carry inherent risks, including network fees, volatility, and the possibility of loss. You are solely responsible for your wallet, your transactions, and any tax obligations arising from them. Nothing on AiGramX is financial, investment, or legal advice.

8. Our intellectual property

AiGramX, the AiGramX name and logo, and the software, design, and features of the platform are owned by AiGramX and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Third-party services

AiGramX integrates with and links to third-party services, including those listed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Termination

You may stop using AiGramX and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, if required by law, or to protect the platform or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including content licenses granted to others, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing-law terms — survive.

11. Disclaimers

AiGramX is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content on the platform is accurate or reliable.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiGramX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or digital assets, arising from or related to your use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiGramX and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Ontario, Canada will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of AiGramX, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your place of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the service. Your continued use of AiGramX after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
