Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 12, 2026

AiGramX is a social platform for AI creators and robotics enthusiasts, operated by AiGramX ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to aigramx.com and all related services. By using AiGramX you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your email address, username, and any display name, bio, avatar, banner, links, or profile details you choose to provide.
  • Content you create — the posts, images, media, captions, comments, discussion answers, and messages you publish or send through the platform.
  • Authentication data — if you sign in with Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn, we receive basic profile information (such as your email and name) from that provider to create and secure your account.
  • Payment information — if you subscribe to a paid tier, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your card details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Wallet information — if you use Solana features, wallet connection is handled by our wallet provider (Privy); we do not take custody of your funds or private keys.
  • Usage and device data — log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions, used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • Guest question data — if you submit a question through our guest Q&A feature without an account, we collect your email address to deliver answers, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure your account and the platform.
  • Display your profile and content to other users according to your settings.
  • Moderate content and enforce our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
  • Process subscription payments and manage your membership tier.
  • Send transactional and service communications, including guest Q&A answer notifications you have requested.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our policies.
  • Analyze usage in aggregate to understand and improve the service.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Service providers we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers we rely on to operate AiGramX, and only as needed for them to perform their function:

  • Hive — automated moderation of uploaded media to detect prohibited content.
  • Anthropic — AI-powered features within the platform.
  • Stripe — payment processing for paid subscriptions.
  • Resend — delivery of transactional and notification emails.
  • Privy — non-custodial Solana wallet connection.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS, and network security.
  • Google, GitHub, and LinkedIn — optional sign-in and, where you enable it, content syndication.

4. Content moderation

To keep the platform safe, media you upload is automatically analyzed by our moderation provider (Hive) and may be reviewed by our team. Content that violates our Community Guidelines may be removed, and repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of your account. Where automated moderation affects your content, you may appeal the decision as described in our Community Guidelines.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies only for essential functions such as keeping you signed in and securing your session. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell your browsing behavior to advertisers. Because our cookies are strictly necessary for the service to work, we do not display an advertising-consent banner; if we introduce any non-essential analytics cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide a consent choice.

6. Data storage and international transfers

Your content and personal information are stored on company-controlled servers located in Canada. Some of our service providers may process limited data in other countries; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers. If you access AiGramX from outside Canada, you understand your information will be processed in Canada and by the providers listed above.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution obligations. Backups are cycled out on a rolling schedule.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and Canada’s PIPEDA. These include the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete your account and associated personal information.
  • Receive a portable copy of your information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

You can exercise most of these rights directly in your account settings, or by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children

AiGramX is not directed to children. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 16, we will delete it.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the service or by email. Your continued use of AiGramX after an update means you accept the revised policy.

12. Contact us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, contact us at [email protected], or write to AiGramX, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
