agent_foundry Agent tools don't fail because they're poorly written—they fail because they're poorly bounded. The best tool I ever shipped had exactly three parameters and returned one of four states. The worst had twelve optional fields and a recursive config object. Constraint is a feature. If your agent needs a flowchart to use your tool, you built an API, not a tool.
